9:30-10:30	Teaching and Learning: The teaching and learning context in each school Each school discusses teaching and learning plans for 2008 Lessons learned (research and advice fromBruce Dixon)
10:30-11:30	Evaluation: Evaluation plan, possible metrics and gathering baseline data. Include a conference call with Deakin Uni (Deborah and Carol) TBC by Leo Possible questions to consider:
	what is the main question? What evaluation approach would best suit? Are there ethical issues to consider? Do we need informed consents? What evaluation approach should we use? (e.g. use of Intel Evaluation toolkit, is there a place for action research?) When will evaluation happen? Staging 3 times/year - Before (baseline), during and after Who is involved and at what point in process?
